A responsible note

Therapies at Prakruti Ayurved & Panchkarma begin with a consultation. Please share any existing prescriptions or reports — orthodox and Ayurvedic care can work together, but never silently.

Common questions

Before your visit

Yes. Every therapy at Prakruti begins with an Ayurvedic consultation and assessment. This ensures the approach, oils and procedures are individualised to you and, where needed, that a therapy is not appropriate for you at that time.

Care is provided under the guidance of Dr. Rasika Ashilwar, MD Ayurveda. Consultations, treatment planning and follow-ups are doctor-guided.

You can request an appointment from the appointment page — this prepares a WhatsApp message with your chosen date, time and consultation type, which is sent to the clinic's WhatsApp number.

Bring a brief history of your health concerns, any recent reports or prescriptions, and a list of questions you want answered. If you are currently on medication, please share that with the doctor.

No. Never stop or change prescribed medication without the advice of your treating doctor. A qualified Ayurvedic practitioner works alongside your care, not against it, and will advise honestly where Ayurvedic care is and is not appropriate.

The clinic is open in two sessions: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning, and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the evening. For a specific appointment, please book in advance or reach out on WhatsApp.
